Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review our terms and conditions before booking any services with Precious Adventures Pvt. Ltd. By agreeing to these terms, you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are booking for a minor under 16, a parent or legal guardian must also sign the agreement

By submitting a booking form and paying a deposit, or signing this agreement for yourself or a minor under your custody, care or control, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and authorize Precous Adventures to provide services on your and any minor's behalf. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and Precious Adventures regarding any bookings, tours, or transactions made with Precious Adventures

These booking terms and conditions include our liability waiver, which all travelers are required to sign, and additional terms and conditions specific to your trip as outlined in the TRIP PLANNER. In the event of a conflict between these booking terms and conditions and any terms in the trip planner, the terms in the trip planner will take precedence

Reservations
To make a reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. A reservation is not confirmed and a contract is not formed between the participant and Precious Adventures Pvt. Ltd until we send a confirmation via email or written. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter

Packages descriptions provided on our website, brochures, and other marketing materials are intended to serve as informational guides only. Please note that the itinerary and pricing of the specific trip you book may differ from what is outlined in these materials. For detailed information on inclusions/exclusions of your trip, please refer to the trip planner for your specific tour or your itinerary.

Payment and Depposit:

If the full payment for a reservation is not received by the designated final payment due date, we reserve the right to consider the reservation as cancelled

Single supplement

Our Trip packages are based on double occupancy. Single supplement is an additional paid by participants who want a single room instead of sharing with someone else, if available

Price Adjustment

Trip prices are set in advance based on estimates for fuel, exchange rates, inflation, tariffs, government fees, airfares, and other costs. The price at the time of booking is guaranteed under normal conditions. However, in rare cases if unexpected cost increases create an unsustainable financial situation for the company, we reserve the right to pass on these costs to the participants. If the price increases by more than 10% of the original tour cost, participants have the option to cancel within 10 days. We will notify you in writing of any price increase and the reason for it

Cancellation and refund

Our cancellation charge has a minimum fee of $200 per person.
If a participant cancels their trip:
-90 to 61 days prior to departure, a fee of 25% of the trip price will be charged.

-60 to 26 days prior to departure, a fee of 50% of the trip price will be charged.

-25-0 days prior to departure, a fee of 100% of the trip price will be charged.

Refunds for Unused Portion of Tour

if a participant chooses to leave the tour early by their own decision or due to unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be given for any unused portion of the tour. The participant will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodations for the remaining of the trip. Precious Adventures will not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participant

Passport and Visa

It is the responsibility of the travelers to ensure that they have all necessary and valid travel documents, including passport, visa and other required permits, and vaccination certificates, in their possession for the entire duration of the tour. Passports are required for all citizens traveling to Nepal (except Indians) and should be valid for at least 6 months after the return date. Participants are solely responsible for verifying and checking all travel documents and entry requirements and for any negative consequences resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation. While we may provide information or advice on matters such as visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, and special equipment, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the provided information.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute arising from or related to this agreement or the transactions and relationships among the parties, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a neutral third-party mediator in Kathmandu, and to split the costs of the mediator equally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, it will be resolved through binding arbitration through the Nepal Council of Arbitration (NEPCA) in Kathmandu. Nepalese law will govern the dispute, and any arbitration award will be binding. The decision of the arbitrator can be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Precious Adventures Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the participant to stay familiar with these terms and conditions.
